for the last week ive been having brown discharge but it turned to blood when i wiped, i went in the shower this morning and i felt the urge 2 push and when i did a little sac of blood came out, it was not runny but it changed shape if i moved it, it looked like a little placenta but what scared me the most is it had like a little rope type thing coming out of it that looked like a ambilicl cord? Ive heard the brown discharge can be miscarriage or implantation bleeding? pleas help?
